First, it is important to remember that the Hop-on Hop-off Boat Amsterdam is a canal cruise in every respect, so you can skip taking a regular canal cruise that you would probably do anyway.  

In addition, if you are planning to explore many areas of Amsterdam, this cruise is a perfect solution since it passes through all the central areas, saving you a long walk or the need to use public transportation, while at the same time letting you enjoy a wonderful cruise along Amsterdam’s stunning canals.

As for the cost of the Hop-on Hop-off Boat Amsterdam, the ticket price is €29 per person. But if you take into account that it eliminates the need for a daytime canal cruise (which costs around €18) and also saves you on public transportation, the value in our opinion is definitely worth the price.
